"Just got back from a 24hr adult survival course at Brecon, and although I am battered and bruised from head to toe, I feel fantastic! Thank you for the most terrifying, exhilarating, wonderful 24hrs I've ever had."

"I bought the 24hr survival experience as a gift for my partner's 30th birthday and decided to go along too. The whole 24 hours was non stop from the second we started, it was brilliant. Our instructors Jeff, Chris and Lewis were fantastic; really knowledgeable, made you feel safe and were really encouraging! I won't lie, it's no wander round the countryside; we were both exhausted by the time the experience was over and every single part of me ached but I cannot recommend it highly enough! Its great value for money for what you get, a brilliant adrenaline rush and you finish with a real sense of achievement. Thank you for a great weekend!"

"This course allowed me to really challenge myself both Physically and Mentally. I will never forget the strength of feelings that this course brought out in me. I saw only the best in people around me, well beyond my expectations. The course did far more than it could ever 'put on the tin'. The Bear Grylls team were role models of what can be achieved in life irrespective of age. The BG certificate will find Pride of Place amongst my many others for many, many reasons. Thank you all for the memories."
