Anna Humphries

Anna joined the Bear Grylls Survival Academy in 2014. Since then, she has worked as a Lead Instructor, Kid's Project Manager and continues to support Bear Grylls during filming days and other adventures.

As of 2023, Anna moved into the role of Development and Logistics Manager. Anna empowers the team of freelance instructors for all of our events and activities; designs and develops exciting, new and transformative outdoor programmes for our licensees and manages bespoke survival experience projects for our partners in the UK, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and China. She is leading projects to include augmented reality and learning + development and (because she likes to be busy!) she also manages all things logistics for the team!

Anna's epic adventures include climbing to Everest Base Camp, completing the National 3 Peaks Challenge multiple times including sub 24hr events. Her current personal best time is 19hrs 27mins.

She was part of the first female team to Stand Up Paddle Board the English Channel.
