A unique opportunity to join our team of Instructors for a dynamic weekend of personal challenges, meeting others who share your passion for the outdoors and brushing up on key survival techniques and skills; set against the incredible backdrop of the Brecon Beacons.
This is an intensive and immersive experience that will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive in the wilderness. Led by our experienced and highly trained BGSA instructors, our course covers everything from navigation and shelter building to fire-starting and wilderness first aid.
Britain’s elite SAS cadets train in the mountains of Brecon and with good reason – the terrain is dynamic and demanding! As part of our Wilderness Survival Training, you will navigate a system of caves, scale a mountain and leap from a rock face into a waterfall– all under the guidance and support of our most experienced instructors.
During the course, you'll spend time in the great outdoors, learning Bear’s hands-on techniques and tactics that will help you survive in any situation. You'll also have the opportunity to network with other survival enthusiasts and share your experiences with like-minded individuals.
Our program is designed to challenge you both mentally and physically, and it's not for the faint of heart. But if you're up for the challenge, you'll emerge from the course with a deep understanding of survival skills and the ability to share your knowledge with others.
So whether you're looking to become a professional survival instructor or simply want to hone your skills for your next outdoor adventure, Bear Grylls Survival Academy's Wilderness Survival Training is the perfect place to start.
